Free Boxes Offer: Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the offers promoted by Marley Moves Ltd through our paid advertising. They sit alongside our standard Terms and Conditions. We may withdraw or amend any offer at any time.

Free moving boxes

Free moving boxes are supplied with every confirmed, paid booking, capped at 20 boxes per booking and subject to availability. Any boxes beyond the 20 included are charged at our standard rate. Boxes are delivered before your move date and are yours to keep. The offer applies to booked moves only and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

Free wardrobe boxes

Wardrobe boxes are provided on the day of your move so your hanging clothes travel on the hanger. Wardrobe boxes are collected once your move is complete, unless we agree otherwise with you.

We will beat your existing written quote

We will aim to beat a genuine, like-for-like written quote from a comparable, properly insured removals company, for the same move, dates and level of service. The competing quote must be shown to us in writing before you book. We reserve the right to decline where a quote is not genuinely comparable.

Free no-obligation survey

Our pre-move survey is free and carries no obligation. We aim to offer a next-day survey where our diary allows. The timing of your survey is confirmed when you get in touch.

Fixed written quote within the hour

We aim to send your fixed written quote within the hour of receiving your enquiry. Your price is confirmed at your survey or appointment and will not change unless the scope of your move changes.

Insurance included

Every move is covered by Public Liability insurance up to £2.5m and Goods in Transit insurance up to £50,000 per load, included as standard at no extra cost.

General

These offers are available for moves within our service area across Dorset, Somerset and Wiltshire, and for long-distance moves we agree in advance. Marley Moves Ltd, company number 15914266.

NHS and Blue Light Card: 10% off

10% off any move for NHS staff and Blue Light Card holders. Show your card at booking. Mention it before we send your quote, because we do not apply discounts retroactively. Applies to moves within our service area and cannot be combined with another discount on the same move.

Forces families: 10% off

10% off any move for serving military personnel, veterans and their families. Mention it at booking, before we send your quote. Applies to moves within our service area and cannot be combined with another discount on the same move.

Refer a friend, get £100

Recommend Marley Moves to someone who is moving. We pay the referrer £100 once the referred move has been booked, paid and completed. One reward per completed move. There is no limit on how many people you can refer. The referred customer must be a new Marley Moves customer.
