MarleyMoves Ltd is run by Connor and a small, experienced crew out of our Shaftesbury, SP7 yard, with a Henstridge yard in BA8 for the western half of the patch (Yeovil, Sherborne, Wincanton and the Somerset villages). We've built the business on word of mouth: careful handling, honest quotes in writing, and turning up when we said we would.
We don't subcontract. The crew that surveys your move is the crew that turns up on the day, every job. That's the single biggest difference between a removal that goes to plan and one that drifts on cost or timing because the people unloading have never seen the property before.
Daily patch is Dorset, Somerset and Wiltshire: 16 core towns from Shaftesbury through Sherborne, Yeovil, Salisbury, Frome and Bath, down to the Bournemouth and Poole conurbation on our weekly south-coast route. Beyond that we run UK-wide long-distance moves to anywhere from London and Bristol to Manchester, Cornwall and Scotland, with the same crew end to end and a single fixed price for the whole route.
Most jobs combine more than one service: a removal with full or part packing, storage between completion dates, a probate clearance bolted onto a downsizing move. Quoting them under a single schedule keeps the price honest and avoids three separate suppliers chasing each other on the day.
