The practical steps that keep revenue flowing when the office is moving.

Pre-move: plan for 8 weeks
Weeks 8–6: lease signed, floor plan drafted, IT assessment.

Weeks 4–2: inventory, labelling, desk kits distributed.
Weeks 2–0: rehearsals, final floor plan, move-day crew brief.
Move weekend (Friday evening to Monday 8am)
Friday 5pm: staff leave, keys checked, packing starts.
Friday 8pm – Saturday 2am: loading.
Saturday 8am – Sunday 4pm: delivery, unloading, placement, IT setup.
Sunday 4pm – 8pm: cleaners and final walk-through.
Monday 7am: key managers in early to catch any issues.
Monday 9am: full staff arrive, shouldn't notice the difference.
